Leodra Bowdell is the Owner of Phoenix Permit Services LLC.  She created this company with the goal to become a one stop shop for developers, property owners, and contractors.  Prior to creating this company in 2004, she worked for the City of Phoenix for 12 plus years in development services.  The experience, knowledge and skills from those 12 years in the City along with the past 16 years in private development brings to your project unmatched competition.   

Phoenix Permit Service will work with consultants on all levels for the development whether you bring them to the team or you need a consultant.  Sixteen years of building relationships with Architects, Engineers, Surveyors, etc. allows us to fill needs of a project team.
